This public notice (1 September, 1999) was the result of conciliation process in the Northern Territory Anti-Discrimination Commission. Despite this admission and reams of evidence the ADC has rejected 10 separate complaints of political discrimination and victimisation.

Details of these 10 complaints are currently sub judice, due to appeals by PARIAH in the NT Magistrate's Court.
