CRIME STATEMENT TO NT POLICE

I'm no detective, but Latham's persecution of us has been unremitting, since he 'turned over' and this is typical Latham behaviour. He wanted us to know who smashed our home up, that is why he stole the tank I purchased from him. He is not only an obsessive, he is - in common with many of the Respondents - mentally unbalanced.

Carrying on about military honour while lying and generally behaving in a dishonourable manner will do that to you. (When I have time, I'll scan his Open Letters for prosperity.)

The attack on our home took place after a PARIAH poster run demanding the Town Clerk of Mandorah, the infamous Watto either legally challenge our allegations that he is "a racist, liar, paedophile apologist, perverter of justice and coward" or resign.

This belief is supported by NT Police Constable Wayne Curyar who stated, that it was no surprise our home was attacked because of the content of our posters. He then when on to state that we had called people paedophiles in our poster. When Fiona pointed out that we had called the Town Clerk a "paedophile apologist" not a "paedophile." He replied, "I'm not that smart."
Latham and Watto have conspired before. Two members of the Cox Peninsula Volunteer Bush Brigade resigned because of the political victimization that led to my illegal expulsion. They signed a statement testifying to the collusion between Watto and Brigade members (Respondents in a Political Victimization case) and even went to the NT Anti-Discrimination Commission where they were interviewed by two Delegates.

Both witnesses were prepared to testify in Court, before an appeal was dismissed on technical grounds, due to the self-serving incompetence of the ADC. This evidence was simply ignored by NT ADC Commissioner Tom Stodulka (appointed by NT Chief Minister Denis Burke midway through our complaints against his racist and corrupt Government) and as usual the complaint was rejected. The evidence was absolutely overwhelming. That is why it was rejected.

WHY 'WATTO' IS NOT FIT TO HOLD PUBLIC OFFICE
This statement is also the basis of a complaint (1999) that the NT Anti-Discrimination Commission have yet to act on. Commissioner Tom Stodulka is probably hoping I will give up or be silenced. Locals have stated, I will be killed if I return to the Cox Peninsula. The Kenbi claim victory has created a great deal of animosity towards PARIAH members - amongst local racists - they abhor justice. Keep hoping Tom.
Statement begins...
...The Complainant has two witnesses who resigned from the CPVBB - because they disagreed with the conspiracy between the Town Clerk, Mr. Watson and Brigade members* to remove the Complainant for political reasons - unrelated to his performance as Public Officer and Deputy Captain.
Mr. Watson states, "Council has been made aware that Mr. Lambe was recently expelled from the aforementioned Brigade. This expulsion was an internal Bushfire Brigade decision and certainly had nothing to with this Council. That Mr. Lambe suggests that Council has or ever would be involved in any form of inducement or inciting Ms Nicholas or Mr. Latham and victimizing the Complainant is ridiculous."
Mr. Watson has once again lied to the Commissioner.
Witness Statement
Jill Formby, suggested the Committee resign then form a new Committee without the Complainant. That a meeting of the CPVBB be called without telling the Complainant (as was attempted June 15, 1999).
Mr. Watson, suggested they read their charter and get rid of him that way.
This occurred June 9-10, 1999 and was witnessed by Bob and Andy Napier.
They solemnly swear to this Dated 25 October 1999.

*Latham was one of these individuals.

Jill Formby was an employee of the CPCGC. Obviously Watto is a liar and a dishonourable person, unfit for public office. In the Northern Territory such qualities are considered essential to 'good' (racist and corrupt) government. PARIAH has been victimized by about 30 Federal and Territory Government departments (that we know of) since our inception.

That the ADC and the NT Police know that we have been illegally persecuted and are trampling our rights to conceal it,demonstrates the need for an inquiry into the PARIAH affair.

* The continuing rejections from the ADC prompted the Complainant's
"allegations" that the ADC did not believe his facts.
