| Subject: Wrongful incarceration of Whistleblower Ian Kay |

It seems that yet another Whistleblower Ian Kay is facing the prospect of being 'psychologically silenced' through the use of powerful mind-altering drugs. Ian Kay, who blew the whistle on judicial and police corruption in Victoria has recently been improperly incarcerated in MAP Prison, Melbourne for doing nothing more than writing a letter of complaint to his local MP. He is being 'certified' and sent to a Psychiatric Prison in the Melbourne suburb of Fairfield in a few days, where he will subjected to powerful mind-altering drugs that will essentially neuter his whistleblowing capacities. This case is the most recent of several similar abuses in the Australian State of Victoria. Recently another whistleblower Bob Kerr, was subjected to similar psychiatric abuses in Melbourne, where his brain was literally fried, after he was imprisoned for blowing the whistle on Police corruption in the Latrobe Valley. Similar attempts to use psychiatric means to silence whistleblowers Alan Brygel and Mick Skrijel (both in Victoria) failed. This is a horrific indictment of how people with the courage to speak out against corruption in Australia are treated. At the very least I would request Ian Kay's immediate release and an inquiry into the psychiatric abuse of dissidents in Victoria. yours sincerely |

to certify whistleblower Ian Kay and then neuter him by abusive psychiatric
