Whereas the months of hate and race posts using images of battered Aboriginal women hosted on sydney.indymedia to attack people they knew to be vindicated - was totally acceptable?

sydney.imc still host hate and race posts against the DIMC and continue to censor any criticism of their hypocritical Ed Pol (Editorial Policy)

Recently Stacy Scheff tried to prevent our work (hundreds of human rights articles) - being returned to our people - the imc are doing a better job than the State at censoring and attacking activists

If Stacy believes she can silence dissent - she needs to rethink quickly - all of the hate/race posts she hosted for years on stacy.indymedia are proof of her hypocrisy and abuse of indymedia

Nor has she successfully refuted any of the claims of her abuse - lies - and manipulation of process - they are facts not defamation

This is from someone else who has experienced Scheff's abuse and cooption of indymedia to promote her own selfish and anti-activist agendas

control Darwin indymedia using fellow unrepresentative liars and scam
artists NAP.

"Brett Collins can use her because he has a tolerance for reformed crooks
which is all very admirable. I first met Brett in 1984 as a law student
at a talk he gave as an ex prisoner.

The fact is Scheff ignorantly destroyed my indy media empowerment plans
for Turrella, a vision published in the Hub (which was endorsed by all
including Scheff who edited it). She did this when I blocked her
theatrical and catering vision - an unethical unearned cooption and
misappropriation of community space she wanted FOR FREE.

Just another sleaze merchant, just another ambition on the make.

When I exposed Scheff's stupid crap leveraging bad feelings against the
Hub she launched a smear campaign against me in 2002 alleging fraud of a
lease (actually vice versa, proven in court documents) and that I was of bad
character (always on sly). All stock standard hypocritical emotional violence,
often the more preferred form of violence of the sisters in the movement,
and a blight on the green movement that eschew's physical violence, so go for the other.

My hidden stories by Scheff had nothing to do with problems with seeking "a profit", the truth is they discredited her whole house of cards smear to hide her very real history in MY activist movement, MY green movement particularly in Turrella. Not just mine to be sure but more so than any 'blow in' from North America.

The fact IMC collective failed to defend my legal and moral rights will never be forgotten. I don't look for support where there is none.

I leave you with this one request. Scheff be banned from editing any of my posts on IMC. She has a conflict of interest pure and simple. Whether she is behind the hack or some green party aparatchik or some other sinister force is irrelevant."

The story so far, two computers zapped, one activist outed ...again

The last person who fucked with ecology action's reputation via
broadcast on the internet was Mike Carlton founder of the celebrated
IMC software. He said my lease at Turrella was a fraud. He in fact was
my subtenant, so putting it charitably, he got his facts mixed up.

I know he is revered on this forum and that's fine. But his fate, a
very grim one, seems spooky to me. If I didn't think there was a
guiding force looking out for ecology action, and its mission, a Gaia
force, then I would have given up a long time ago.

Then about a week ago a fart called Reclaim the Arts, that everyone
knows, but unverified, posted their grubby innuendo which they invented
to villify and victimise when I exposed a fraud, a theft and a criminal
vandalism in 2002.

The next chapter was written this afternoon: My computer was hacked for
about a week surreptitiously and I'm advised two advanced viruses were
installed despite high tech virus checker, something called Jarva
script corrupted, a package hidden in the memory with tracks eraser
disabled.

Similarly Ecology Action web site was being positioned, I am advised,
for a bogus mirror site with God knows what inflammatory and
destructive material to be posted on it in due course.

But this afternoon someone in Dorrigo got a nasty shock. Their cpu,
hard drive and probably mother board died. I didn't do it. I wouldn't
know how. One was the mainframe of the hacker. Their back up also died.
Again I didn't do it but I didn't try and stop it either. The hacker
trod on the toes of a related community interest.

Given the same hacker if they complained about their fate would likely
end up in jail for seeking to vandalise and destroy ecology action's
work and equipment, (probably 'again', given the interesting
coincidences) this will likely guarantee they won't make such a
complaint. Better they just go shopping and reflect on the fate of
others less fortunate. I know I do.

I'm advised as far as our machine here goes being vulnerable in the
future "the chances are next to nil". That's as may be but I will
finish on this note from my sworn affidavit in proceedings self
represented McLoughlin v Friends of the Earth (Sydney) Inc, Donald
Urquhart, Donald Urquhart Designs Pty Ltd represented by big city law
firm Tress Cocks Maddocks in No. 6040/02 NSW Supreme Court:

sworn 17th December 2002:

"a resident of the Lease [aka 'Reclaim the Arts'] had been sacked by
the Hub and she had gone on a campaign of revenge to destroy the
independent newspaper including:

- an attempt to steal all the office equipment

- in fact stealing 6 years of unique Hub archive

- orchestrating a bogus rent dispute [it was already paid in advance] ....

- theft of telephone [service etc]"

What is not mentioned is how the fax machine of the community newspaper
was changed to read on all outgoing messages to clients "There's a
sucker born every day" like don't advertise and crash the struggling
business. So funny, and a deliberate criminal attempt to destroy a
community newspaper that had served literally thousands of activist
causes with stories from 1994 or thereabouts.

None of this is to say City Hub doesn't have warts and patchy history
at times as well as majestic achievements but the arrogance of the
vandalism was dangerous and vicious and an insult to all the activists
that had benefited from this free speech vehicle.

It was all about petty pride and power and nothing to do with the best
interests of activism in this City or country, as evidenced by the
expansion of the newspaper to three titles including Bondi View, and
Sydney City News.

Elsewhere there is excruciating detail in the affidavit how ecology
action lease was fraudulently attacked and victimised and this writer
villified. Oh how the mighty have fallen quiet. The dispute was settled
highly favourable to myself with virtually no evidence presented
against me, with damages paid to me. Now this handful are scattered
like chaff to the wind. The only one left of any note left in this city
apart from this writer is the 'Reclaim the Arts' on IMC that everyone
already knows by another name.

I refused to sign a confidentiality agreement and will happily extract
that affidavit material as and when they dare to fart in public.
